Do you believe that politics can help solve the world’s biggest challenges? Do you think it is possible to improve political practices at the international level to enable collective action that cares for both the planet and humanity? Do you have ideas to contribute to this mission?
If you are between 18 and 40 years old and have political representation in a parliament or a collegial body in your city, if you are a leader in a government or a social movement, or if you represent your country in an international agency, we invite you to be part of a co-creation program with 99 other young leaders from around the world. Together, we will rethink global governance in the face of today’s social, economic, and environmental challenges.

About the Program
We, New Humanity NGO, together with the Politics for Unity Movement, are promoting this program. Its goal is to strengthen young politicians’ participation in political advocacy at the global level through a two-year journey of reflection and collaborative action among socio-political leaders. The program seeks to build a global network of 600 young leaders from various continents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Young people between 18 and 40 years old. We welcome young people from different geographic, cultural, religious, social, and political backgrounds.
- Proven experience in the political arena, government leadership, social movements, or as a representative in an international agency (politicians, public managers, social movement leaders, or party leaders).
- A demonstrated commitment to fostering social and political transformation in one’s own community or region.
- Willingness to participate in the program’s virtual and in-person components.
- Commitment to a two-year learning journey, starting in April 2025, applying the acquired knowledge and skills, with an average weekly dedication of 5 hours.

- A one-week hackathon-style event held in Rome, Italy featuring high-ranking international guests, that promotes creating collaborative global action proposals addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges.
- Personalized mentorship from experts to develop one’s own professional vision.
- International consultants specializing in various global challenges.
- Inclusion in a global network of 600 young leaders from multiple continents.
- A virtual exchange with 100 young people from different cultures, countries, and political and religious convictions.
- Asynchronous training sessions with faculty from around the world.
- 5 synchronous virtual sessions with global experts.
- Co-creation of local and global advocacy proposals to overcome barriers to collective action and help address current social, environmental, political, and economic crises.
- Tools for developing political advocacy strategies at the international level.

Application Process
To apply, please submit:
- Motivation Letter (max. 500 words): Explain why you are interested in this program and how you plan to contribute to its objectives.
- Video (max. 3 minutes) answering the following questions:
- What personal qualities and potential would you bring to this global collective action process? What are your expectations?
- From your specific context, reflect on leadership: How can the skills and tools gained in this program enhance your current work and your ability to build bridges for collective action?
- Leadership demonstration: Provide a brief description of a project or initiative you have participated in that demonstrates your leadership.
- CV or Résumé (max. 2 pages): Summary of your relevant experience and qualifications.
- Financial ability to cover travel costs to Rome in October 2025: Indicate your ability to fully or partially cover the costs and specify this amount in USD.

Languages
We want language to be an enabler, not a barrier. To ensure everyone can participate in this global initiative, synchronous sessions will have translations in Spanish, Portuguese, French, English, and Italian. If your language is different from those listed above, please let us know through the application form!
Participation Costs
- The online training program is completely FREE.
- During the Hackathon in Rome, food and accommodation costs will be covered by the organization.
- Travel expenses from each city/country to Rome must be borne by each participant. However, a limited number of SCHOLARSHIPS will be available for those in need of financial assistance.
