"Dialogue and brotherhood are the only response to such acts of folly"

Tomaso Comazzi deals in communications for New Humanity and is currently in the Belgian capital for an internship.
He shares his personal experience related to what happened yesterday in Brussels and in particular at the Maelbek station, just a short walk from where he works.

The accompanying photo depicts the Brotherhood Choir interreligious concert given less than a month ago in Brussels by a group of Christian and Islamic Association.

For Europe Day, "Together for Europe" brought to Brussels the "Contributions of Christian movements and communities to today’s Europe". 300 movements were represented, with 130 cities involved. At the same time, Teens4Unity promoted Run4Unity, their worldwide relay race. New Humanity was involved in the preparation of both events.

Tomaso Comazzi represented New Humanity during the presentation of the Freedom of Educatio Index 2016. The event has been presented by Mr Antoine Renard, President of the European Federation of Catholic Family Associations (FAFCE); Mr Alfred Fernandez, General Director of OIDEL NGO; Mr Ignasi Grau, Official Representantive from the same NGO.

2019 European Elections

From 23 to 26 May, the EU citizens are called to elect the new the European Parliament.

In such an important moment for the old continent, the Focolare Movement, of which New Humanity is an expression in international institutions, has launched the "Europe, time for dialogue" campaign to propose the reasons for unity and advance solidarity in the political debate in view of the future of Europe.
